As part of our commitment to your online security, we've switched to a credit card processing company that is very committed to credit card security. The down side of this is that subscribers can no longer access and update their own credit card information.

To update your card's expiration dates, click here to email us the new dates. Please email only the new expiration dates and the last four digits of the card number. Please choose "Attn: Carol" for the subject.

To use a different credit card to renew your subscription:

Call us with your new credit card info at 415-642-9993.
(If we're not in, it's fine to leave the info on the machine. We're the only ones who can access it. But please take care not to call us in the middle of the night - we're on Pacific time. Thanks!)

Mail us your new credit card info at BTWOF, PO Box 882554, San Francisco, CA 94188.

If you mail the info, please also email us to tell us you've done so, so we can make sure your old card isn't charged in the while your note is in the post. Thanks!

Place a new subscription online at http://www.btwof.com/subscribe/ or mail us the info at PO Box 882554, San Francisco, CA 94188. If you take a moment to cancel the old one, you'll be spared the renewal notices.
